1U MEDIACONVERTER SHELF
The 1U MEDIACONVERTER SHELF is a 19’’ metal shelf composed of two separate areas. The first device of its type, it is able to accommodate and support an electro-optical media converter (not included) as well as an optical section for storing and splicing a 12 OF cable.
THE 1U MEDIACONVERTER SHELF is composed of:
- 1 fixed metal tray comprising two separate areas:
- 1 electro-optical area able to accommodate and support a media converter (not included) of a maximum size of 40 × 250 × 300mm (HxDxW);
- 1 “optical” area able to anchor a 12 OF optical cable and splice fibres on SC/APC connectors. It also includes a locking slot for 12 OF optical cables and a panel with 12 SC/APC adapters;
- 2 openings dedicated to the passage of cables (optical, electrical).
