iSER-C
The iSER-C subracks are used to anchor optical cables, the distribution of fibres to the connection modules and the management of patch cords on the front panel.
They are installed in 19″ or ETSI frames and house the splicing and/or connection modules (see “Compact modules ”) as well as the various cable anchoring systems (see “Cable anchoring”).
The iSER-C subracks are available in versions from 1U to 6U, allowing for a wide range of configurations.
Mounting options are also available allowing installation on top of an existing frame, under cable routing or directly on the ceiling.
The iSER-C is composed of:
- 1 metal chassis to anchor one or more cables on the back using anchoring elements (BEC-48, BEC-72/144-6T or BEC-144/288-12T);
- 1 lateral coiling zone for each module, with protective flap or a vertical half-cylinder overlength management area (iSER-C-RES);
