CABLE ANCHORING

Anchoring and fanning out of all types of optical cables up to 1152 OF before distribution to the equipment (optical rack, splice tray, adapter panel, etc.).
The fan-outs are created by the protection tubes (corrugated or smooth).

BEC-72/144-6T
The BEC-72/144-6T are anchoring and fan-out boxes for optical cables.
They are specific to 72 fibre (12 fibres per tube) or 144 fibre (24 fibres per tube) cables. They are mounted directly on Idea Optical products (frames, street cabinets, boxes and racks) or on anchoring plates.

BEC-144/288-12T
The BEC-144/288-12T are anchoring and fan-out boxes for optical cables.
They are suitable for 144 fibre (12 fibres per tube) or 288 fibre (24 fibres per tube) cables. They are mounted directly on Idea Optical products (frames, street cabinets, boxes and racks) or on anchoring plates.

BEC-288/576-24T
The BEC-288/576-24T are used to anchor and fan-out high density optical fibre cables. They are suitable for 288 fibre (12 fibres per tube) or 576 fibre (24 fibres per tube) cables. The quick fixing system allows direct fixing to all Idea Optical products (frames, street cabinets, boxes and racks) or to anchoring plates.

BEC-576/1152-48T
The BEC-576/1152-48T are used to anchor and fan-out very high density optical fibre cables. They are suitable for 576 fibre (12 fibres per tube) or 1152 fibre (24 fibres per tube) cables. The quick fixing system allows direct fixing to all Idea Optical products (frames, street cabinets, boxes and racks) or to anchoring plates.

PROTECTION TUBES
The protection tubes protect the optical fibres after fanning out and allow the connection between the cable fixed on the anchor boxes and the end equipment (frames, modules, racks…).

PLATINES ET SYSTEMS

The anchoring plates for frames are fixed to the 19” or ETSI frame uprights. They are used to anchor ACS or BEC type fanning out boxes before distribution to the connection elements. They are available in two versions, allowing for the anchoring of 3 or 7 fanning out boxes.
The stackable systems for BEC-72/144-6T are fixed to the frame anchoring decks. They are used to anchor extra optical cables later on for increased scalability.
Assembled in 3s, the stackable systems can house up to 4 BEC-72/144-6Ts perpendicular to the anchoring deck.
The FO grouping BEC support plate kit attaches to the plates or uprights of indoor racks. The plate allows for the securing of 2 6T or 12T BECs and has a securing area that can accommodate up to 3 Ø10mm stainless steel tubes.
