<li><strong>Cable to cable optical splicing for continuity (6 fibres per tray to ensure this function)</strong> as well as partial splicing of micro structures.</li>
<li><strong>Cable splicing on long pigtails (or half-patch cords)</strong> for connection to active equipment or another cable head.</li>
<li><strong>Optical splicing of cable on rods for connection to another cable head.</strong> The various pivoting trays allow the management of splices and the coiling of bare fibres.</li>
</ul>
<p>The iROP-ES consists of:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 upper section for anchoring two input cables via the mini-ACS plates enabling partial stitching of micro structures;</li>
<li>1 1 bottom part composed of 6 to 48 pivoting trays (12 to 96 fibres), as well as 6 continuity trays (option);</li>
<li>1 cover flame retardant.</li>

<p>The iTOP-BKO is an optical head adapted for use with pre-terminated breakout cables. 250 mm high, it can be fixed directly to a beam using an indexing system allowing a precise, easy and quick positioning.</p>
<p>The iTOP-BKO head is composed of a chassis, two pivoting trays and two iMOD-TOP-BKO modules.<br />
The iMOD-TOP-BKO is a connection module. It has a front panel with 64 connections, an anchoring area for up to four breakout cable fan outs.<br />
The patch cord management is on the left head output and then through the guides fixed to the beams which guarantee the management of the different flows.</p>

<p>The iMOD-TOP-CP modules clip onto the iTOP-CP rack head. They have a panel containing up to 68 connections, including one or more 1 × 16, 1 × 32 or 1 × 64 splitters, and come in three versions:</p>

<li>a connection version with up to 4 inputs and splitter outputs on connections on the front panel;</li>
<li>a splicing and connection version including a splice tray (iMOD-TOP-CP-ER with splitter inputs to be spliced and outputs on connections);</li>
<li>a version with long splitter inputs stored in a coiling pocket at the back of the module (4 × 6.5 m in Ø 2mm maximum) (iMOD-TOP-CP-LR) and outputs on adapters.</li>
</ul>
<p>Patch cords are managed via the left output of the head, then through the guides attached to the racks which manage the various flows.</p>

<p>The pre-cabled iTOP-144 is a 250 mm high optical head for iXIO or HPUL beam-mounted distribution frame equipped with 12 iMOD-TOP-ER-12 pivoting optical modules and a 30 to 100 m cable tail (see ACOME cable data sheet). The pre-cabled iTOP-144 is directly fixed to the profile using an indexing system which allows for accurate, quick and easy positioning.</p>
<p>The pre-cabled iTOP-144 is a 144-fibre optical head with a cable tail. It is pre-cabled in the factory by mass splicing on batches of 12 pigtails. Maintenance is provided by replacing individual pigtails using a standard splice in the splice holder.<br />
It is fitted with a device for the anchoring and storage of the optical fibre protection tubes. These tubes distribute the optical fibres to the different pivoting modules.<br />
The patch cord management is at the left head output and then through the rings fixed on the beams which ensure the management of the different flows.</p>
